Neptune allows you to view proof of delivery images online. If you have never used Neptune before, ask your sales executive or call our National Contact Centre to create a login name and password for you. Click here to view POD's.

Why pull my POD's from the Internet?

High speed access to any of your POD's from your own desktop

POD's can be pulled anywhere by anyone in your organisation who is connected to the internet and is Neptune enabled.

We give you a Master User login and this user can then enter other users within your organisation who you wish to be able to use Neptune.

What type of document is returned?

We produce your POD's as Adobe Acrobat pdf files - meaning that you can zoom or adjust these documents for viewing or printing.

How do I get started?

Assign a master user for your organisation then register this person with us with a password

This master user can add other users to your account

Go onto our website and view your POD's
